How the beta works (3 steps)
1) Request access
Join the waitlist or an event watchlist (e.g., “TWICE — Manila”). We prioritize cities/events with the highest demand and partner readiness.
2) Verify & set preferences
When invited, create your account. Sellers complete KYC, and everyone chooses preferred handover types (meetup or official digital transfer where available).
3) List or buy with escrow
Reserve a listing → pay into escrow → complete the handover → confirm with a one-time PIN → payment releases. If something’s off, funds don’t auto-release.
Independent platform: Tixster isn’t affiliated with artists, venues, or ticket providers unless explicitly stated. Artist/event names are for identification only.

Safety, pricing, and payments (beta rules)
Escrow required
All payments run through our escrow partner. No cash handoffs or off-platform transfers.
Price caps
Max face value + 10% during beta (platform/processing fees shown separately). Listings above the cap won’t publish; proof of face value may be requested.
KYC & anti-fraud
Sellers verify ID; we run bot/duplicate checks. Repeat violators are removed.
Payment methods
GCash, Maya, and major cards (via PayMongo) at launch; more to follow.
Handover verification
Meet in public locations and confirm with the in-app PIN. For digital tickets, follow the official transfer flow when available.
Who can join the beta?
- Age 18+ and able to enter a binding agreement
- Sellers: Basic KYC required before listing
- Payment: Local wallet or card compatible with our partner (GCash/Maya/cards via PayMongo)
- Tickets: Only list tickets you legitimately own and are transfer-permitted under the event’s terms

- Now: Waitlist & watchlists open; partner onboarding
- Q4 2025: First event cohorts in Metro Manila; limited hours & support windows while we scale
- Early 2026: Public launch; city and event expansion; native app planning

Mini-FAQ (beta)
Is resale legal?
Policies vary by organizer and ticket type. Tixster provides safe tools but does not override event T&Cs. Always check your ticket’s rules.
What if someone no-shows?
Don’t confirm the handover. Escrow can refund/release based on the situation. Open a Resolution Case in-app.
What if the ticket fails at the gate?
Start a Resolution Case within 24 hours of event start and provide evidence. Escrow won’t release while we review.
Will fees change after beta?
Possibly. We’ll publish any changes on our Fee Schedule and show them before you pay/list. The +10% cap applies during beta (some events may be stricter).
Are you affiliated with artists or venues?
No—independent platform. We may work with partners case-by-case.
For fan clubs & partners
Fan Club Mode can limit listings to members, set caps, and enable queue rules. Organizers/Venues: Get anti-fraud resale rails (escrow + KYC + PIN) and secondary-market insights. Contact: partnerships@tixster.ph
